"So proud of this great Aussie product - thanks Madura team."

Kerry

"I first bought Madura tea when it hit the market as a health tea over 20 years ago and have been buying it ever since. We are avid tea drinkers and have impressed friends and family for many years with your fantastic product (the leaves are our favourite). Love everything about your tea and its creation."

Jenny

"At last tea that is not just dust! Real small leaf tea and Australian to boot! Thank you!"

Jenny

"Madura Earl Grey is my absolute favourite tea. The taste and quality is second to none. And it's all Australian! "

Tracy

"When I couldn't buy Madura in my country town at any supermarket I shopped online. It was fast and easy. We couldn't be without Madura at our house. Good to see it back in the supermarkets again!"

Working with Nature

Madura works in harmony with the natural environment to grow, blend and package Australia’s leading range of exquisite, specialty and boutique teas.

Our plantation is nestled amongst the lush remnants of a volcanic caldera in the Tweed Valley, bordered by subtropical rainforests and a breathtaking rim of mountain ranges. We have protected and nurtured this delicate ecosystem since the first tea bushes were planted in the 1970s.

From this lush botanical garden, Madura produces pure tea that is free of contaminants, packed with antioxidants and naturally low in caffeine – the perfect tonic for a healthy lifestyle.
Madura’s commitment to environmental best practice is reflected in our innovative and sustainable approach to production, recycling, packaging and waste minimisation. We have taken active steps to cut our greenhouse gas emissions and have planted hundreds of native plant species at our pristine estate to preserve and strengthen the natural habitat.

All tea packed by Madura is independently tested in Australia for caffeine levels and purity. In 2003, Choice consumer Magazine listed Madura as one of the cleanest teas sold in Australia, with no detectable levels of pesticides or insecticides.

Madura is also proud to be a signatory to the Australian National Packaging Convenant; a unique initiative of government, industry and community aimed at diverting packaging waste from landfill.

At Madura we believe that sustainable business is good business. We strive to make pure, healthy tea the way nature intended – with a taste and aroma to impress the most discerning tea drinker. Unlike many global and dominant brands, being small allows Madura to deliver its benchmark superior taste, often to the surprise of some who have sought satisfaction from more familiar and more expensive brands.
