How will I know if my Brew Club points are expiring?

If subscribed to receive expiration notifications (default) in My Account, you will receive an email 6 months, 3 months, 1 month then 1 week before your points expire. You will receive another email should any of your points expire.

What do I do if part of my Brew Club number is hard to read?

Brew Club – loyalty reward points

Madura will automatically allocate loyalty reward points for ever online purchase from our website. Likewise, you can earn additional reward points when you introduce friends and family to The Brew Club – points are allocated after the introduced recipient completes their first order online.

What happens if I receive a faulty/damaged product?

Please always contact us, we are very passionate about our brews and ensuring quality, we equally can be contacted via any of our social media platforms.

The product I’m looking for is out of stock. Can I back order an item?

If a product is out of order, we will be working as fast as we possibly can to get it back on-line! At this stage though, back ordering is not available with our online store.

How does Madura trace complaints made on a particular batch?

The date of packing and best before date stamp is affixed on the foil covered tray of bags or the pouch containing the leaf tea. This is our tracer which allows us to trace constituents of the blend as well as batches of paper and consumables used in the production of tea bags. Please contact us if you have any concerns urgently

How long will I have to wait for my order?

We are a farm located in Northern NSW, though we do our very best to get our orders out some regional areas can take longer than capital cities. 

My order has an incorrect or missing item, what should I do?

What if I can’t place an order myself online?

Once we receive the product, we will refund the product portion of your payment and credit you for any used rewards points.

I have given the wrong address; how can I change it?

Please contact us immediately so as we can rectify urgently for you.

Once I have placed my order, can I amend it?

No – an order can be cancelled however and another one placed.

What if I want to cancel my order?

You may cancel your order if it has not been despatched. If already in transit the order must be returned in original saleable condition.  In order to cancel, please contact Madura Tea Estate immediately so as we can stop the order being despatched. Upon cancellation and /or products received back, 100% of your payment will be refunded and any rewards points used will be credited back to your account.

What if my order isn’t delivered?

Please contact us so as we can investigate and ensure that your order is received.
