Get Your Calm On Smoothie

What You Need

  • 1/4 cup steeped Madura Camomile tea
  • 1/4 cup milk or non-dairy milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 3  small bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt – no  added sugar
  • A dash of pure vanilla
  • 1 cup of coconut water ice (coconut water is fine if preferred)
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or raw honey

To Make

Prepare coconut ice. Steep the Camomile tea for at least five minutes – allow time to cool. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
