Ingredients

  • 4 Madura Australian Lemon Myrtle Leaf Infusers
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic – minced
  • Pinch salt and pepper
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Remove lemon myrtle leaves from infusers and combine with oil, garlic, zest, bay leaves, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub the mixture over chicken drumsticks and allow to infuse for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Oven bake for approximately 45 minutes.
  4. Serve with your favourite salad.
