Brewing Instructions

Boil fresh, ideally filtered water
Let water cool slightly
250mL hot (80-85°C) water per cup
1 Organic Green Tea bag per cup
(+1 bag if brewing in a pot)
Steep for 3-4 minutes

The Best Tea ever!

I drink it all day long. First thing in the morning I put one of the tea bags in hot water. Once it's all gone, I just refill the cup with the same tea bag but use cold water and keep doing that about three more times. Then I add a new tea bag at about four in the afternoon and keep refilling the cup until bedtime. I easily get my eight cups of liquid that way, and i love the taste. I've been doing this for years! Keeps me healthy!
