We invite you to create an account to purchase via our online store.

You need to make sure your account information is accurate and keep it up to date, so we bill and ship to the right place.  We will try to keep your account details safe and we ask you to do the same. You know what we mean – don’t let others use your account, do not share your username and password and protect your device appropriately.

If you place an order, we reserve the right at any time to decline the order, we will let you know why and seek to find the best alternate solution for you if this very rare circumstance occurs. We will refund all monies received in relation to a cancelled order.

If you are unable to place an online order yourself, please call us on 02 6670 6000 and our team will process your order over the phone.


We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 business hours, however in some cases dispatch may occur 2-4 days from ordering, especially during peak promotional periods.

Consumer online purchases are shipped via Australia Post. Commercial online orders are shipped via Star Track (although Australia Post may be preferred to remote areas).

Shipping Cost

All consumer customer orders over $50 receive FREE standard delivery Australia wide. For all other consumer deliveries, including express and international, we pass on the Australia Post cost as calculated at the checkout.

Commercial customers are required to meet a minimum order of $125.00 (which includes free delivery).

Delivery of goods

Our major shipping partners are Australia Post and StarTrack.

Our estate is located in between Byron Bay and Coolangatta, and although only 5 minutes from the Pacific Highway, we are considered ‘regional’ by our delivery partners. Whilst we make every effort to track your items with our delivery partners, Madura Tea accepts no responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods once they have been dispatched from our Estate.

Tracking your order

Australia Post sends email notifications for all domestic and international orders at the following stages of delivery:

  1. Order ready for pickup
  2. Australia Post first scans your order after collection from Madura
  3. Onboard for delivery
  4. Ready to collect from Post Office or Parcel Locker (where applicable)
  5. Delivery is complete

All pricing is in Australian dollars and is subject to change without notice.

Method of payment and security

We accept Visa, Mastercard, direct bank deposit / EFT.

Our site is protected with the latest security protocols, ensuring the safety of your personal data. This includes using a modern cipher suite providing a TLS 1.3 connection that is encrypted and authorised using AES_128_GCM for all pages to prevent eavesdropping on the data you send and receive from our site.

We also ensure our underlying web server software is kept up to date with the latest security patches to prevent hackers from accessing our database.

Furthermore, we do not hold credit card details, they are stored with our secure payment processor @ pinpayments.com as required to communicate with financial institutions to process your payment.

All credit card transactions are subject to the below surcharge, covering our costs.

Refund policy

All orders received are final and goods will be shipped as per the order form, so please make sure you double-check your address. If it’s too late though and you see a mistake, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make the change for you. We are very passionate about our brews and ensuring the quality of our product and always seek to find a resolution. If you receive your order and there is an issue, please contact us immediately. We will handle errors on a case-by-case basis. If you don’t do this, we may not be able to verify the problem.

Brew Club | Madura Loyalty Rewards

All online consumer customers become part of the Brew Club and will be assigned loyalty reward points on all purchases. The Brew Club membership is subject to specific terms and conditions as of September 17, 2018:

  • points are assigned automatically at the completion of a paid online order
  • points are allocated based on 10% of the dollar amount paid for the order minus any amount paid for shipping (E.g. $25 paid for on order less $10 shipping = 10% of $15 = $1.50 = 150 points)
  • each point is equal to AU$0.01 (including GST within Australia) and can be used as a discount for products purchased online from our store
  • the amount of points allocated per order is subject to change without notice
  • the dollar value of each point is subject to change without notice
  • points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • we may limit the percentage of your order that can be discounted via loyalty points
  • the system is planned to be perpetual, however, we may terminate it at any time and all unused points will expire
  • until 10-Feb-2022, points expire 12 months after being generated | if you’ve given us permission, you will receive an email notification at 6 months, 3 months, 1 month then 1 week before your points expire. You will receive another email should any of your points expire.
  • from 10-Feb-2022, points expire 36 months after being generated | if you’ve given us permission, you will receive an email notification at 6 months, 3 months, 1 month then 1 week before your points expire. You will receive another email should any of your points expire.
